Jim, IR at WinStar confirmed to me a while back that Mr. Patrick had sold better than a million shares. This was from my post;

"OK, I just talked to Frank Jepson, Sr. V.P. of Capital Market Relations regarding all the reported insider selling. He confirmed that the large seller of the stock was Dennis Patrick, who had 100% of his net worth tied up in WinStar stock following the takeover of his Milliwave Company one year ago"

Maybe your data's not 100% accurate.

As Barbara said, this is old news.
Also, if you missed it, Mr. Patrick is no longer with WinStar.
I see nothing wrong with him selling.

James, as you know, form 4s have a significant time lag; if you sell after the 10th of the month it goes into a form essentially 2 months later, so....Patrick could have sold and not filed a 4 on the trade yet--are you actually looking at his form 4 filing for march, feb???

Hey Shorty (memory, that is)! You told us yesterday that WinStar would be descending into the 30's. When will that be, exactly? You seemed to indicate it would be a straight line following the downgrade but we're up a point today. You have been wrong every time on your targets, tell me why you think you have any credibility left on this thread. Doesn't the fact that you have been WRONG SO MANY TIMES BEFORE give you the slightest pause? Let's all pitch in and buy Jim a clue, since he apparently can't afford one himself...
