Russ, I think they have lost that educational market and they are now more or less have two markets. One is their graphics niche which is flat all year, but a bit lower in summer. The other is retail which peaks in december and the payments from it show up in the first quarter(do they book them when sold or when paid for?, there has been a move of late to book sales when you get the cash in hand to avoid puffery etc) The educational market died in the spring and came to life in late summer for the fal season. Of late educational sales have been incentive driven with less margin. Big numbers and little margins. So Q2 will not be as bad as you think, what with retail and niche buyers getting the new G3 stuff, and the new OS sales, which are all pure margin.
