OK genius,

I guess it's safe enough to print this info I received in an e-mail;

For purposes of Form 4 filing obligations, an insider is any person that is an officer, director or holder of 10% or more of the outstanding stock. Mr. Patrick is not an officer, not a director, nor does he hold 10% of the outstanding stock. Therefore, since his resignation as a director of WinStar many months ago, he has not been deemed an insider and therefore does not file Form 4s for his sales.

Further, it has been confirm without a doubt that he has sold almost all of his WinStar Shares and is on to his next venture.

BTW, Jim, it is rumored Mr. Patrick was some of the money behind one of the LMDS bidders in the auction. Probably be smart of you to figure out who. Probably another guaranteed winner.

OK, who's keeping track of how many times Jim's been wrong?
Tack on one more.
