Hi David,

Judging by what they did to my trade today, I think the shorting
is across the board by our mm's. They split my 10k trade into 3
blocks of 5k, 2.5k and 2.5k. The trades went through right on top
of each other and the funny thing was that I was buying at the
current bid. Shorting? You tell me.(G) I'll try to see if they
will let me have some more tomorrow as well......got home too late
today to get back in the saddle......the mm's probably think their
shorts are covered with certs but I'll bet they all aren't.....take
care....

Lou

David,
In response to your question, no individuals cannot short a deal like DCTC, there are other things that could be done but I will not show anyone how to to it. NOW, there is probably some legit selling out there and the frenzie of short selling DCTC is rampet. There is MM head aches and otherthings going on, but as for individuals, hey I am not one to tell some one not to sell if they have a profit, it is actually in some cases it is healthy. One idea that I may also think is on the brains of out wholesalers is that they also may be thinking that the fills at 1.343 and 1 3/8 might be day traders and hoping that the fills they give cheap will come back that same day giving another market maker a fill they are looking for an 1/8 higher. I have seen that before so who knows. This one is purely speculation though. But, probable finally, as an investor we work under the old addage that we buy low and sell high MM's work Sell high buy low MUCH lower and with no regard to the investor just themselves. PEOPLE, buy begets buying do not forget that. And oh, if you read the article posted earlier, Short squeezes work, and MAN do they hate it when there game turns on them. Whine, they whine worse than one person on this string. When there own game blows up on them they are the first to jump and tell you how they were wronged, and how they are mistreated and how they are misunderstood, in the long run, its good to spank these wholesalers. Short squeezes are though not looked at favorably and not always the right thing to do. But, manipulation by a market maker, is it the right thing to do when it effects us.
