The Password Signs Targeted Content Deal with Switchboard Inc.;
Integrated SideClick Technology Increases Ease of Use for Consumers

WOBURN, Mass., April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The Password Internet Publishing Corp. (www.thepassword.com), an Internet
service that provides Web content on a variety of subjects to consumers, has signed a targeted content deal with Switchboard,
Inc. (www.switchboard.com) the online white and yellow pages directory, that will enhance ease of use for users when looking
for information on the web.

Under the terms of the agreement, The Password will integrate Switchboard's SideClick related sites directory, a feature that
makes it easier and more intuitive for users to find Web sites that are closely related to one another, into its content. A
SideClick directory lookup results in a list of highly related Web sites that match a particular word, phrase or URL. SideClick
will serve as an additional tool for Password users in finding Web content that is relevant to their interests and meaningful to
them.

SideClick technology will also be available to Password users when building their own magazines and filters, a core feature of
The Password service. These tools will help users find and select relevant Web pages for inclusion in their own personal or
topic-based magazines. By utilizing SideClick's tools, Password users have an easy way to search for and select content for
their magazines, without having to leave the Password site.

''We consistently hear that the Web is hard to use because it's too diffuse,'' says Margaret Heffernan, CEO, The Password.
''Switchboard's content and technology enhance The Password's goal to make the Web easy and meaningful. Using Sideclick's
powerful, carefully ranked databases, we can offer users an intuitive and gratifying way to get the information they're looking for
when building their own view of the Web in their Password magazines.''

SideClick uses advanced database technologies to analyze related links on millions of targeted web pages. The resulting
database contains more than 1 million sites organized under more than inter-related 5000 topics. Because SideClick is built
from references compiled by the most active users of the Internet, it accurately represents relationships between sites that a
broad range of people who use the web regularly think are important and useful. To use SideClick on The Password, users
simply go to the ''See Related Sites'' link that will be integrated into each of The Password's 400 single-subject Web
magazines.

According to Dean Polnerow, President of Switchboard, ''The Password's personal magazine model is a perfect application for
the SideClick database and publishing system. SideClick was specifically designed to help publishers and individual users easily
add related sites references to their content. The Password represents an opportunity to showcase our technology in both
areas.''

As part of their agreement, Switchboard Inc. will provide The Password with SideClick Author, a web-based publishing
system. The Password will use the authoring tools to integrate SideClick into its search results and content areas. SideClick
Author provides Web site publishers with a broad range of tools to incorporate related sites references into their interfaces,
editorial, chat, e-mail and other content while preserving their unique branding and navigation. Publishers using the tools have
complete editorial control over all aspects of data organization and presentation, allowing them to seamlessly integrate SideClick
results into their offerings.

todd, they state that cmgi is the "best way to invest in the internet" yet they do not give a re-entry price target; interesting

in other words, if the internet is growing at the "very rapid" pace that they suggest, then there ultimate price target must surely exceed $100 per share.
