C.J.C.

When you are in a quite period, people will tell you anything just to get rid of
you (investors questions). Very little can be said in this particular period of time.

Let the market makers be your barometer. Two weeks ago, they did not want
to give you two mills for the stock. Today, they would give you 16.5 times that
amount. They don't really want to sell you the stock either that is why they
raised the price to a dime. Last week you could have bought all you wanted for
seven mills.

All I can tell you is look at this objectively. Someone has panic and realizes that
that buying that we did about a month ago got to many shares into the hands
of the public again. They want them back. Remember most of these mergers,
reverse mergers, etc require S.E.C. review and approval; then they require stock-
holder approval. How do you insure yourself that you get the require support
of the percentage of stockholders approval? You have ownership of the shares,
i.e., get at least 52% of the shares of the company. If the current owners of CRCP
have 30 to 38% of the stock, you have to go into the open market and get the
shares, so you get a market maker to control the bid and ask. raise the bid so
that is inviting for the public to sell and raise the ask so that other investors
are discouraged from paying a premium. What they have indicated is that
the shares are worth at least $.10 cents to them. My source says the stock is
worth a quarter. You go figure it out. I long.

I have no idea what is going on but I made a profit today. I'm still waiting for some solid news on the company, but for now this has not been such a bad day play.
