Re -- ATT frame relay goes down && Ciscos Stratacom switches.

Cisco doesn't have all the bases covered after all. The "reliability" of their products are begining to smell bad.

Good thing they use Cisco products - imagine all the problems and their frequency had AT&T used the inferior "Brand X" stuff - not to mention the longer delays their customers would have had to endure before a fix was made.
