On the crude front, Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo and his Venezuelan counterpart, Rafael Caldera, may discuss additional measures to support flagging world oil prices, Mexican Foreign Minister Rosario Green said on Monday.

''They may broach the topic of whether or not there is more to be done to avoid the fall in oil prices,'' Green told reporters in a briefing on Zedillo's two-day visit to Caracas, which begins on Tuesday.

Mexico joined OPEC members Venezuela and Saudi Arabia last month in spearheading global cuts in oil production aimed at halting a steep slide in crude prices.

Hope it helps.

OSX looking really strong now. If I had $5 for every 1 or 2 point fakeout OSX rally that lead to another decline, My portfolio would look real good right now.

My only reservation today with GLBL is that I wish the volume was greater.. As long as we're not getting faked out again, real volume should do some wonders.

GLBL just leapt another 1/2 point to 19 5/8 X19 11/16

Rock and Roll GLBL

I went to Ron's sight and GLBL gave a buy signal today, Hopefully the market and the OSX will help us out tomorrow. I will be looking for strong volume in the morning and a move up at the open.

I'm in it at 18.25 and am looking for at least 20.25..... but I may bail on it in the morning if things don't look strong.
Later,
Richard
