John and Sam, it's great to see MRE's stock price respond to their excellent quarterly earnings--presently up 2 1/2 points to 21 1/4 on a huge increase in volume. Also, starting today (!) we shareholders are protected from a hostile takeover of the company. Am I wrong in interpreting the recent shareholder protection plan as enabling us to get over $90 per share from a hostile party? Regardless, let the good times roll! Harold V
