One *has* to sing to biotechs to get them to move these days. We've been seeing the bio sto's move on Ray Cue (TM) in the midst of a lousy, lousy sector slump.

Which leads me to my next subject..... there is tons of really exceptional science out there, backed by driven management, that is currently available at discount. I can't remember, in the history of the sector, seeing bargains like this. Can we look at index charts (unfortunately, there aren't any great ones for second- and third-tier biotechs) and do what we do for individual stocks? Could we tell when this blue chip/internet euphoria is going to find the sector that is truly full of bargains?
