Are we really halted? What happened? Are they overwhelmed with buy orders and nobody is selling? Were they caught short? This reverse WILL keep out the short term MO players and daytraders. Any rise will be real... KAA, can you keep us posted on real time and give us some opinions on what might be happening... thanks...

Hello! KAA, In my opinion today's press/ news release is great news, for the following reasons! #1. It appears that Jack Arnold's relentless efforts to bring value back into our CVIA Shell will finally ( Yes! I said finally!) begin to happen tomorrow Wed. April 15, 1998! #2. I like the fact that the WOTD Representatives are coming to CVIA home turf to sign the agreement ( Tulsa!--I'm not sure why it just feels good and right to me!)... #3. It has been stated on this thread that WOTD has been searching for the right public company / vehicle to take on this dynamic and exciting business venture for over three years!--I'm pleased to know that we will be a part of! ( At least those of us that choose to remain a part of it!) #4. The stated intention of reducing our outstanding shares to 390,000 shares! ( I think this is Fantastic!)---I can just imagine the fun and excitement that will surround any / all activites of investors ( either long or short the current CVIA Shares)---when it comes time to trade the old penny CVIA Shares for the new dynamic and forward moving WOTD shares!--And remember there will only be 390,000 share of WOTD out there!--I'm hoping that they will soon be at a premium! #5. Authorized Shares being reduced from 150,000,000 to 50,000,000 another positive in my view/ opinion! #6. The announced agreement in place for the first acquisition a stated $3.5 Million retail tire store outlet! ==INSTANT VALUE!===== ====In my opinion, this is what many of us have been betting and speculating against! ( I say Hurray! But! Just my own opinion!) #7. The fact that we were contacted via a press release before the official agreement completion, scheduled for tomorrow!--This to me is an indicator of the perceived quality of loyal CVIA Shareholders that have supported Jack Arnold's efforts!---In my view, it was not a requirement, but to me it shows they care about us, the CVIA Shareholders ! #8. The very low number of outstanding shares ( 390,000) going out ( in my opinion) will help show case the CVAI / WOTD acquisition and business building plan to a larger network of investors and hopefully in the near future other investment funds? ( Just my own opinion!)--As well as open avenues for meaningful financinig programs for further acquisition and expansion! #9. In my opinion the excitement and ride is just about to begin, I have been waiting for this day for over 6 months, and in my opinion, I am expecting that once all the details are digested, and the market has an opportunity to adjust to the details, and in my anticipation a much larger following via a larger investor following, and fewer shares available and much harder to come by-------I would like to think that we will be moving into the "BIG LEAGUES"!! HHHMMMMMMmmmmmm..... Not bad for a little shell company with a fearless leader with a focused and dedicated effort! ( JMO!) Thank You! Mr. Jack Arnold! For keeping the dream and hope alive!
