This one comes from the department of hunches now that xbrent brought up the company for sale rumor on his other play. A Philly based broker from Penn Merchants told me that he thinks MDIX is in play. I wouldn't be surprised.

Best I can tell, it appears as if there has been ongoing and noteworthy accumulation of MDIX for more than a week.
