Of significant importance are GTII's continuing successful efforts to invest the Company's profits and expand into new areas such as the new oil reclamation plant, trucking services and large equipment services. This is directly shown in the continued increase in the Company's total assets. Management feels that these new projects have positioned GTII's first quarter of 1998 to be one of the best in the Company's history. GTII plans to purchase additional trucks and heavy equipment, that are already in overwhelming demand, as money from the warrant offering becomes available.

Management is extremely pleased with the increased revenues received from oil and gas production, most of which comes from Australia. Revenues for this area were up an outstanding 44% from 1996 to 1997.
