Joe: I AGREE the ticker changes to seem to be confusing the issue at this time. I sold some shares the day after the switch to JAWW, Ny account was still showing them as EBIZ so I had to explain to the person on the phone the situation...he checked it out confirmed the name change and placed the order TODAY a WEEK later my account STILL shows EBIZ and the broker is showing JAWW as a security I OWE them,,,tho Now they show it as JAWZ being OWED. Being a good sport, I "offered" to buy the JAWZ shares today to replace the 1's they say I OWE.....they have already credited my account with the proceeds from the original sale. It is little snafu's like this that make me glad they record the phone conversations.
