I just went through EDGAR filings and it states the lesser officers own 1.4 million shares. The 3 Big guys on the board own a lot more and no one else is selling.YET?
Question: could he be liquidating shares to buy raise money for options?
On the other hand we haven't heard from Fred (FMK) putting a positive spin on things which is worrisome for me.<EOM>

Someplace in the archives here you will find comments about Valence's options policies; there is a 90-day period after people leave the company during which they can still exercise their options. So, with Reed, Masuda, Brodd, Larkin and Perkins (is that all?) out the door, they are going to (or have already) taken whatever they can get (which is probably a whole lot less than they had planned on!).
