I don't think it was Jack's choice. Once the merger is completed, WOTD calls the shots. Don't blame Jack. If anything, he should be thanked for putting the time and effort to save this run down piece of s***. Don't forget he has a whole boatload of shares too. Do you think he would screw himself? I don't think so.
