Technically Speaking... >>>This is a stock that tends to go up on good news and then drift back down. The earnings report will be out soon and will be dismal. Can the mathmatic indicators overcome this? I think that the one indicator that would make me happy is some insider buying.<<< ********************************************************************** Brian: TA tries to interpret price movements and patterns... Unfortunately, it cannot overcome Fundamental problems... Many times TA will signal a change in fundamentals prior to their actual change... This happens when insiders and others with privileged knowledge buy or sell in advance of some news... The charts show these volume and price spikes... As for IMAT, it is technically weaker today... A positive close is needed for a continuation of the price move... Otherwise, this is just another news driven move... Jim
