That probably was the good news.

Look, of course, the reverse was expected...but not at 2 friggin cents and 300 to 1!For crying out loud, is someone on drugs?

Get the price up slowly with acquisitions to a nickel or dime and then consider a reverse. At any price under a quarter, the reverse is going to hurt... and we will really see it hurt after it takes effect.

How about some assurances of how the stock will be handled? We are looking at a possible share dilution of 1 to 100 compared to the number of shares authorized right now. If the new shares will only be used to acquire new tire Co's then ok. I think we have miscalculated in a large way. If the WOTD shares plunge in value, they will lucky to do one acquisition. Of course the could always get more funds from another Reg S contract...............
