Yea, they will kick in but - you will need a pretty serious decline to kick in now...and if I read right tommorrow you will have to have a large decline......If I am reading right most here will be in OINKer heaven if we get to either shutdown point....

Circuit breakers only trigger on declines. They now first kick in at 10% decline in the DJIA. That's 910 points, which is in my book a major decline.
