It's the first Zenit 2 launch since last year's failure and also the only one before the July G* (12 satellites) launch. The primary payload is a Russian remote sensing satellite. Secondary payloads include two messaging sats and three technology payloads from Israel, Germany, Chile, Thailand and Belgium. This launch is being watched closely for obvious reasons.
