Ole 49r- The news release dated April 9th indicates the legal action being taken by a group of disgruntled shareholders, led by Roger Baird. The shareholders had signed their proxies over to him to vote, but because he wasn't a registered shareholder, he couldn't vote at the meeting. He could have blocked the consolidation vote with the shares behind him. That pretty much sums it up. I talked to Mike Bordeau the other day, and he mentioned they were talking with some brokers that day about financing, and putting a plan together. Let's hope it moves forward. Ariel
