Re: "For some reason, he also sold 4,400 shares on 3/25 at 10 3/8." Could it be that a sale of 44 options contracts (Call contracts with a strike price of 10), were assigned on March 21st with a settlement of the 25th? This covered call strategy would net him 10 3/8 if he received a 3/8 premium.

It is glad to hear that Teo raised his stake again. This is a very good news for CRUS shareholders. I think he is fighting for a board director position in this coming annual meeting. It is a very good sign that real shareholder will be on the board soon. Another news is that the insider (one of board director) bought 6000 share of CRUS using his own money. It is not many shares, but he definitely is bullish on the stock in long term otherwise he will not use his money to own the shares. I believe the above news are the reason that CRUS was up last two day. Based on above reasons, I increased my holding also. Peter
