...everything leads to believe that there is still room to reach higher ground. It could revisit the R$138 before taking energy to climb higher. The more pessimistic take would be for it to revisit the R$ 131 (difficult)
which could be a good support. Resistance will be tested at R$147
which we believe will be easily overcame leading to heights of around R$152. Thus we continue to be bullish, although one could not discount a possible bearish effect consequence of the forthcoming expiration of options (THATS US GUYS?). All in all we continue to be bullish..

SAO PAULO, April 14 (Reuters) - Brazil on Tuesday sold its ninth cellular telephone license, practically completing the sale of its Band B wireless concessions and clearing the way for the privatization of its Telebras (TEL_p.SA) system.
