Hi Maurice...

You have noted:

N.O.----Thank you for the info. It is strange, but typical that this was not made public by TFS. Good to see them working with people like the investors and management of Siliscape. Have never understood Motorola's delay in pushing digital as opposed to analog. Motorola always reminded me of Victrola. Oh well, I am getting older.

Older? Hahahaha! You and me both.

As for your comments above, no, it isn't strange that TFS left out the size of the deal when they released the news. The company has to fight against its constant prejudice against releasing information. Last Thursday, to their credit, they won the battle. On the release of this investment, they reverted to the old "tried and true." It is unfortunate, but sometimes all of us have short memories.

Next year things will be different. Current law allows for holders of 3% of the outstanding shares of a company to *force* shareholder votes on important issues at the annual meeting. You can bet your "bippy" that if the company doesn't initiate some effective means of promoting its own value (and by extension, the investment of its shareholders), that there will be a vote on the "maximization of shareholder value via sale of the company."

You can take it to the bank, Maurice. It is a promise. And, if there is anyone out there that believes the shareholders will vote against *that*, he is smoking funny cigarettes.

Have a good day.
