Everyone will have a diff spin on Intel. Here is headline from CNNfn homepage. Note the layoffs. Not something one would expect in good times?

Intel reports lower profit
Intel, citing weaker demand for its
computer chips, reported a first quarter
profit of 72 cents a share, down 35
percent. Excluding a one-time charge, Intel
earned 81 cents a share, compared with
Wall Street's estimate of 72 cents. The
company also said it plans to cut 3,000
jobs in the next six months. Revenues
were down 7 percent to $6 billion.
