Rev's were down 8% vs. estimate of 10% but that still is a large drop. I don't buy predictions for second half of the year being better. What about sub $1000 pc sector? Their new chip isn't as good as what is available from AMD or Cyrix, and the prices on high end computers continue to drop...why would they go up? Margins will continue to get squeezed, and I don't see a huge surge in PC demand to offset decreasing margins. INTC doesn't look good for the next year or so, plus they said expenses could increase in the next quarter.
