Why are Intel's expenses going up so much with so little to show for it? What are they
doing with all this x-tra R&D? Making Celeron chips that are actually slower and more
expensive than their competitors? Is this what their R&D is for?

Did you ever stop to think that while Intel is holding off the competition(which is 100% dedicated to CPU's) that they are off expanding into new horizon's ? That would be pretty remarkable, wouldn't it ?
