Indian Market up 30% since January.

When is the Indian market supposed to rise again? Hasn't it been in the dumps since something like 93'. Have they got computerized clearance yet?

According to the following report the Indian Market is already up 30% since Jan.98. I don't know about the computerized clearance though.
