NORM, at times I agree with you about this thread and it's postings you wrote... <Andrew...Thanks for the truth... You know...this thread is turning into a pump and dump thread...People claiming posts from TokyoMex which really aren't...Others swearing to it..... Claims about companies which aren't true like AMEN...... This was supposed to be a helping hand thread and as per usual GREED has turned it into a BULL$%#t thread... -------- At times I agree with you, and continue to hope that others here will find stocks with solid fundamentals, which I bleieve DGIV and SEMI have. The momentum stocks are fun but ususually not too profitable....I try not to badmouth stocks that others pump here, because I think it is an unwritten rule that you don't do that... But... my hope is that others really do some good DD before posting picks when possible.. Here's what I did today: I called the PR firm , WorldVision, Inc. to verify DGIV news tommorrow, Thursday, and Friday and next week, because it sounded too good to be true....I also called the IR dept. at <SEMI> and verified some things by pulling up a company report at www.briefing.com and getting their phone numner and quarterly financials You should always do the same or you will lose money in the long run...for instance, DGIV may seem like hype but it is a really a gold mine in the IP telephony arena....of course in my opinion (i.e IMO) I think you will find that LCAV, CMP, TAVA, and some of the other stocks here that many have recommended are very good,too. You just have to take the picks that people throw out (or "Throw UP"....hmmmmm...sometimes) and then make up your own mind. Some of Joe's picks like CAVR, PRDM, etc. were not well researched, but he is getting much better....MAGSF is really pretty good, SEMI is great, IFLY terrific, LEAP excelent too, if you didn;t get too greedy, etc. Good luck...and remember RELY on YOURSELF!
