Was the estimate of 72 cents including or excluding charges? In other words, what
number should we be using to compare with (81 vs 72, or 78 vs 72, or 72 vs 72)?

I believe I read that a few posts back, I think the answer is including charges. The number is .81 or .82 excluding.
