Spot on Jason.. I just got stuck with a buy of 16 shares of a $4 stock out of an order of 5000. Sure makes it an expensive but with 14.25% commission and with the rest of the order cancelled I'm stuck with it. An all or none option would help, but in this case I have seen that the MMs for the particular stock are very much against Island quotes disrupting their careful manipulations and they stick it up us whenever they can.

It's not Datek's fault but, just maybe, they could make it easier for us to fight on a level playing field either by giving us the option of specifing either all or none, no odd lot fills, or let us change the balance of part filled order with odd lots so that we can try to fill it completely even if it was at a higher price.
