GMTID-Just filed an NT-10QSB- They have requested a delay

in filing their earnings, due to additional data required by the reverse split. They hope to file on or before the 19th of April.

I am not that techical, (and someone can correct me, I'm sure). but sometimes the MM's get caught in a short position where they are actually borrowing shares from people who own the stock and plan on "paying" them back with shares they sell later.

Also, when nobody sells, they make no money and can't pay back the shares unless they dramatically raise the bid to entice people to sell. Remember, MM's make their money by getting people to buy or sell. They love volatility. Usually they don't care that much what the price is (except in cases like the above) because they make money on the spread between the BID and the ASK.

take care,
Dave.....wow my brain hurts
