intc trading after hours in anticipation of an increase in business in the second half of the year. Stocks always trade on future, not past earnings as you probably are aware. If conference call is as positive as it sounds like it is going to be 78 will look cheap very soon.

Wasn't it that AMD, after its earning anouncemnet, was traded
up a more than a point to 30 1/2, and then in the morning next
day, it went all the way down to 26 15/16, and today it's still
traded in the high $25.

I am staying out this earnings. Last quarter the stock was
up big after hours and I was drooling because my option were going
to almost double and then some. It continued this way until 25 minutes
before market open and then a brokerage downgraded it. I ended
up selling my options 25 minutes after market open for a 35% loss.
That burned my butt so I stayed away this time. Look out for
maybe the same thing happening tomorrow. Remember that
their is a big short interest in INTC and a lot of the afterhours surge
could be short covering.
