Sandra:

I don't know if you are in the North Carolina Research Triangle Area, but SEER gets pretty good coverage in the Raleigh News & Observer. (By "pretty good" I mean often, not favorable.) This weekend the N&O ran an article saying the Thomas Watson was giving up the title of President at the request of the Board of Directors and would no longer be involved in the day-to-day operations.

From the sound and tone of the article, it seems like Watson is going to concentrate on getting one or more of the major contracts closed that SEER needs to get back on track. The defections from the executive ranks have hurt SEER over the past year and its sale force especially. I guess Watson is going to try to give some high-powered help to closing deals.

Let's hope this works, but in the meantime the Street is not reacting kindly to this news. If you believe that SEER has long-term potential, it is a real steal at less than 2 1/2 per share. If the market corrects in general, though, I wouldn't be surprised to see that take SEER down below 2. Don't look for a quick turn-around on this one.

If you don't mind (since this seems to be a fairly private thread), what is your stake in SEER? I have 2,000 shares at an average price of 5.
