If you read knack60's analysis last night he said if VVUS gapped down to around 8 1/4 then it would be the best thing that ever happened to it. Now me frankly was like totally bogused when I saw it break 8 3/4 and dropping like a rock, Almost passed out when I saw it at 8 1/4. It was intresting how they took out 9, didnt think it would happen but they did. Now it seems at those prices there are buyers, either longs or short who want to cover. I woudl think 25% of the price decline from 13 is due to shorting, with 50% due to some funds bailing out and another 25% from the small guys running scared. Guess the fud is now out and who are the shorts going to get their shares to cover from? So any buyers now will push the price UP. And it DID! Any +VE close says the shorts better cover now and help or cover later and help. The downtrend is broken for now. Knack was close, It was not as good as could be hopped for cause now it will take time for it to get back to 12. I would not expect it to 'close' below 9 again this round. VVUS 80 BY OCT! And you think I am kidding.
