Speaking of movements, another record day for the markets:

WSJ:

"THE DOW INDUSTRIALS topped 9100 for the first time on Tuesday, climbing 97.90 to 9110.20 as economically sensitive stocks soared. The Nasdaq composite climbed 18.06 to 1843.01, while long-term Treasury bonds advanced three-eighths point."
