The inq was spiced up with me wanting investors information as well

Same here, with the addition of wanting information on what they sell and what the pricing is. I've got 40 acres to play with and am definitely in the "Mother Earth News" demographic (let me know if that reference is lost on you), so am anxious to see what kind of small-scale hydroponics facility I can build here.

As you - I'm really p"##%& about the misinformation regarding Delmar's holdings - The only excuse seems to be that his position (surprisingly first effective mar.31.98) in Tomahawk - was bought with those 40-60M missing. But in that case Tomahawk should have been on the list of high volume owners, unless Tomahawk did spread it - But I cannot imagine that 40-60Mil went into float say over the last half year - So finally I really do not know what the real story is !! . And that p"##% me off.

I'm with you on that, too.

Just got back from dinner with my daughter and have cooled down quite a bit. Now I'm merely upset, rather than livid.

I don't think Tomahawk has those shares. If they did, it would've been reported in the 10K just like the 5M that First Americans owns.

I'm cautiously optimistic that things can't get much worse from here. Nothing has actually changed about the company except our awareness of what the reality is (and not what we've been told it is), with a possible $35-$100k upcoming revenues, depending on whether it's 5% or 10%, ARET or Tomahawk, the lesser or the greater amount, or whether it really happens.

The only silver lining I'm currently seeing is that despite this stock and this company now being what I often refer to as "a smoking t*rd" (hope I didn't just violate the ToU), it's a smoking t*rd with one or two alleged gigs, either of which may provide what would be, at this time, an incredible (and very necessary) amount of revenue.

Time will tell whether or not the old adage is true that you can't polish a t*rd.

Dear Jens, Bob and all:

As Melinda A. would say, WHO GAVE UP, YOU GUYS, I COULD...
Well I did.

After reading the financials yesterday I realized that ARET will not improve for a very long time, if any. Aret has a lot of debt and no cash to pay it. I also think that a lot of deals are won but the lack of cash is hindering it from starting any job. That also means no BW. I don't know how they are surviving with 168 in cash. Maybe they sold the 100 shares of GM that they had.

The increased in share numbers from 150 to 162 millions was a negative factor. Why Delmar is not informing his PR person? Just a month ago John asked that question for me and the answer was 150 millions.

Once I make up my mind I go all the way. I could have unloaded I believe in 2 to 3 days the shares that I sold today, however I wanted to get more shares of ADOT today which seemed to me a bargain.

I would like to wish all of you, good luck and particularly thank Jens and Bob for their help and excellent integrity.

Bye all

Fred
