To All:

Just found your thread on Exall. Myself and others have been long Exall since 1995, we currently represent about 1 million shares. Reading your past threads has been very encouraging. However, there is one question. Would it not seem more productive to have the litigation resolved outside of court? and as quickly as possible. Are ego's getting in the way?. What are your opinions?. Exall's annual shareholders meeting is coming up and I can tell you that there is going to be some serious questioning of management ability in regard to settling this dispute and there lack of increasing shareholders value.

<Development vs Production - When mining there are two options. Either you do your development in ore or in waste>

Winzer,

The above leaves me a bit confused, would you mind giving me a few more details to clear this up?

I have a few more shares to buy so about mid summer would be okay with me! That would work out nicely for the next reserve update which is expected in June. With the two new zones perhaps we could be on the way to 750,000 ounces.

Just wonder if that mill is still for sale, it does look like they will be needing it soon. At some point it would not surprise me to see production ramped up to 100,000 oz per year.

GME shares at $0.90 seem attractive - I added a few more to the PF over the last several sessions.

I had a follow-up conversation with Mr. McCloskey Apr.24 about the litigation. This is what I understood:

The terms of reference, definitions, etc. were just completed.

Submissions to the referee will begin next week. Apparently GME will go first, then EXL gets 3-4 weeks to respond, and then GME gets 2-3 weeks to respond to EXL. Finally, the referee will make a recommendation to the judge (late June/early July ?) who will then make a ruling (late July/early August ?)
