Max, I read the Yahoo message board on DHI. Interesting ideas and pretty civilized for a Yahoo board. Getting back to interest rates and their effect on DHI, I think that it is important to include the present conditions in sizing up the stock. DHI and other homebuilders have been enjoying the best of all possible conditions and the results are being demonstrated in their respective earnings releases. I am still unhappy with the present price that DHI is selling at. Perhaps the market is overly involved with internet stocks to find value and growth in other sectors. I noticed that an analyst, I think Merril Lynch, had the pomposity and the timeliness to upgrade the internet search sector today. Sergio
