Congratulations! Glad to see the celebration has started. Bought some today after hearing all the buy recommendations from many of you and doing some DD of my own. Going out for a mtn. bike ride along Jane's coast. One day we'll all have to meet at Delicias or Rancho Valencia. My treat! Jane, with all your profits you really should consider Del Mar. Stu
