I agree--what a sham this whole thing turned out to be.
I have seen reverse mergers, and this one ranks at the
bottom (if it even qualifies to be on the list.) This
stock is a dog, and I am sorry I bought this piece of
garbage. Another lesson which costs money.

Loren:
I was going to buy into CVIA a few times only to be sidetracked by other stock purchases....rather be sidetracked than blind sided. I agree with what you said Loren about after the 300 to 1 dilution will happen. This stock is most definitely a big huge SELL at this point. My synopsis is that by the 17th the stock will be selling for less than 1cent after 300 - l split, it will be selling for less than 300 cents. **smiles** Even though the float will be small how can CVIA justify at 3.00 share price....no buying will occur and the MM will increased the spread to pick up cheap shares from stray investors. This will be a dead stock and a long term hold for the investors who kept it. I don't know about some people but I know of many stocks right now that will give me a better return on my money. CVIA has been eliminated from my watch list. Goodbye and good luck.

My guess is that Jack Arnold will be paid off by WOTD after tomorrow and we'll never hear from him again. He'll be on a beach somewhere in Hawaii with our money... and he was so slick about it too... he gained our trust by telling us how much he wanted to bring value back to CVIA.. when all he wanted was to bring value to his own wallet...
