AFTER THE BELL - Intel <INTC.O> rises after =3 Seagate Technology Inc. <SEG.N> rose to 28-1/2 from a 26-1/2 close after the disk drive maker reported third-quarter earnings below Wall Street forecasts. Argentine bottler Buenos Aires Embotelladora <BAE.N> continued to be unavailable on the New York Stock Exchange. The exchange said first session trading volume was 566,100 shares compared with 576,200 shares during Monday's session. Session two volume was 1.7 million compared with 1.8 million during Monday's second session.
