Re -- It will conclude that ATT's system was overused. You are hoping right. Even if it is the case, and ATT uses more equipment as a solution, what's to prevent the overload from happening again. Nope, Cisco may be a 3rd rate outfit and go with such a solution (which is likely to be proposed, since they really DONT KNOW what the problem is), but ATT won't permit it. No wonder Ascend beat out Cisco on the GTE contract!!! Heck Telcos should know better now. Stockman
