Tea Talk or if you wish Chai talk-Darjeeling Tea,she is the king of teas.

Sam:

You seem like an intrepid traveller and I am glad you could be part of
this thread.

Speaking of Connaught Place and India Coffee House, all I can say is
hummmm...it is a small world after all. Back in the early part of the
70s I used to visit my uncle in New Delhi during summer holidays, who was then an Assistant Editor of an English daily started by Nehru called The National Herald. Everyday I used to walk from Pandara road near Khan Market where I used to stay with my uncle,to Connaught Place,a good 4-5 miles,in the evening and go to India Coffee House and had my Masala Dosha or Vada and Coffee while sitting outside and people watching. It all seems like yesterday ! Then the walk back by
Jantar Mantar via the Parliament building was divine.

Speaking of Chai here is a link I found for Darjeeling Tea, my favorite. While in London I saw Harrods selling this stuff for 80 bucks (or quid as the Brits say) a pound !
