Concerning the BIG NEWS coming on MDIX, the guy I speak to, who has never been wrong except on timing, and then by only a few days, says that the BIG NEWS concerns $9 million funding (to be fair I also heard $7 million). Incidently this "funding" equals over twice the current market cap for the entire company.

If you take the company's recent news release concerning its redemption of a potential highly dilutive security (the shareholder value card) and its attached warrants (a money raising vehicle) and then square this with the rumor of an imminent "$9 million funding," without an appreciable change in assets or market-cap, and you have to consider some form of take-out or other strategic action as an alternative. No investment banker worth salt is going to raise money in one funding equal to twice the current market-cap.

So, if the $9 million, or similarly large sized funding is accurate, my gut tells me it isn't going to come from a traditional financing. What does that leave?
