The suit sounds more like a conflict of personalities and misuse of some shares etc. I think. The Financials will most likely go first to whom ever is preparing them for the SEC etc. Then likely be released to the public. JMO and that and a buck will get you a cup of coffee... LOL Hey, at least they are not planning a 300:1 reverse split. Go take a look see at the CVIA thread. Lots of heartache there! I feel there is value to MDCE as well. One thing I have learned is not to expect instant results. Things take time especially if the company has anything to offer. Keep the faith and hang in there, Dusty
