Bulldozer, Maverick is right on the risks. June could be weak, and in fact weaker than expected. RSA sales force is still getting worked over, in my experience it can 9 months to re-tool a sales force under new leadership. Sisto showed up in what - december? I have no doubt that securesight will be enthusiastically received by customers, but it might take some time. However, I'd be willing to make a huge bet that this stock doesn't see the teens (in this current market environment) based on underlying asset value and proper takeover perspective. I have no doubt that both IBM, Lucent and Cisco would all have a strong interest in sdti. If it does see the teens due to short term trading issues, then I'll back up the dump truck load up on the stock. TD
