I hope your information is correct. However, it seems strange that this type of info would "leak". This could kill a "buy" at the current levels.

Where are you hearing these things? Unless you have some concrete sources (which would probably consitute some time of insider information leak) I don't think that Teo's increase in shares will be reason enough for a bounce [in fact, since his acquiring began the stock has slid considerably]. Granted, I would love to see the stock move but unless we do have a definite announcement, everything is heresay and speculation....
