If it closes on the bid, it must be at least one tick higher than the low bid. if it closes on the ask, it must be one tick higher than the low ask.

Ivan cheated with MMGC and got in on the low ask. Very shrewd.

All 56er's
There are no cats in the scan today. Sorry. About 50 stocks show up on the scan everyday. The scan looks for the 30% gap and volume requirement and then I check them by eye for the low requirement. Today I had 57 that showed up but none made a new low.
