Also Starnet had to expense the R&D

US and Canadian GAAP principles differ.
SNMM had to swallow close to $2 mil in R&D in its first year while CRYP (being in Canada) was able capitalize their R&D over 5 years. The last 10Q for SNMM would have looked far better otherwise. In relation to the time it took SNMM to see a profit compared to CRYP they (SNMM) is farther ahead, also, it was not that long ago that CRYP had a loss in the quarterly's so it goes to show how fast things can turn around.

To whom it may concern:

New York fund manager Steve Abrams visited our world headquarters last week.

Steve - on behalf of all of us at Starnet, it was a pleasure to finally meet you in person and tour you through our facility. It was nice to put a face to a voice on the telephone - particularly for our Investor Relations crew!

Please call anytime you're in Vancouver again; I'll certainly remember to contact you if we should be fortunate enough to be doing business in New York.

Could you please contact me at your convenience and let me know if we'll be seeing you at the World Gaming Exposition & Congress next week in Vegas.

Warmest Regards,

STARNET COMMUNICATIONS INTERNATIONAL INC.
